We are the only Stott Pilates studio on the Central Coast, we have the ability to train 1-4 people on our new V2 max machines, we also have the pilates chair, ladder barrel, arc barrels and one Cadillac. We are also Stott trained instructors, in ALL levels.
We have a wide selection of cardiovascular machines, Spinning bikes, rowing machine, stairstepper, elliptical trainer and treadmill.
We have free weights, bosu balls and a cable crossover machine.
Marcy teaches many cardio cross training classes, new "ZUMBA".
