For over 15 years I served as a fitness trainer for the military, and have served for over 16 years. As a trainer for the military my focus was on endurance, strength, and functional fitness. I have continued this focus in my training with individuals. I know that fitness needs are going to vary based on what is functional for you and your level of fitness. For some of us fitness is about maintaining general health-keeping your bones and muscles healthy enough to allow you to do your day to day activities. For other people fitness might be about challenging yourself and training for competitive athletics. Where ever you are on this spectrum I know I can help you reach your own fitness goals.
