In addition, I’ve been working out for over 40 years myself. As a result, I've learned a few things along the way. I'm not only a Trainer, but a "whole body coach" as well. To change things in your life, you first need to change your habits. Our bodies are designed to function as a balanced system. Along with effective workouts and solid nutrition; lifestyle, attitude, and behavior changes also need to be worked on. We'll work on this together, and I WILL get you where you need to be! Although many people approach Personal Trainers ready and willing to make significant changes, quite often the challenges of actual behavior change prevents them from being successful long term. They eventually fall back into old habits. I will coach and empower you on how to adjust your lifestyle and behavioral patterns to better support living a healthy lifestyle, as well as implementing highly effective training techniques & workouts.
