When I originally started out in 1991 my whole goal was to help people now some twenty years later I'm still helping people but I'm doing it on a much grander scale.
The Lean Body Academy was designed to help people to help themselves. I became disgusted with what I've seen in the health and wellness field from gadgets, gizmos and false claims. And we as human beings tend to see what we really want to believe. The Lean Body Academy is based on scientific principles, how the body works, what we do to it to help and, what we do to it to hurt it. Whether it's type two diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity and fibromyalgia the list goes on and on.
What you do daily is what matters most. I give you the tools to take real control and to make real choices based on your goals, wants and desires. This isn’t about a cookie-cutter method, prepackage foods or counting calories or even how many steps you do each day. It’s about knowledge to make a better choice.
Learning fundamental elements that support your lean body mass, understanding what it takes to support lean body mass, having a good idea what your body fat percentage is then you have real data that you can do something about.
In my Lean Body Academy and in my Life Without diabetes program based on science with a human component. Emotions play a huge role in our emotional triggers what moves us to take care of ourselves the way we do I helped teach you and give you tools to recognize and then begin to change that behavior again all based in science my opinion doesn't really matter.
My goal was to package all of this in a simple program that's reasonable, has specifically pertaining to the individual and they apply the principles at your own pace all I ask is you apply one principal per day.
