The classes are high energy, fun, exciting and challenging. This is a place that is very safe, and structured. Many of those coed clients that join lose weight and tone up their bodies. You can also learn some great skills in a supervised atmosphere. We offer classes to men and women as well as to kids 11 years and older. This is not a place where we train people to hurt each other. This is also a great place for women to come, and learn some disciplines, and to build confidence. This is not just a guys gym. Everyone is welcome.We also train people to compete for those members that would like to test their skill level in the ring. We also offer weights, treadmills, bikes, kettlebells, pylo boxes, weight sleds, tractor tires, heavy ropes, trx's, showers and lockers. Equipment can also be used for your own personal use. We offer Personal Training every day of the week for a reasonable amount, and many of our members take advantage of 1-1 training to improve their skills. We offer 30 group classes every week. We offer ultra core conditioning classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. These classes focus on kettlebells TRXs, ropes, speed hurdles, ladders, box jumps and other conditioning methods.
