Sarah Cook, founder/owner/instructor of Balance Pilates has been passionately teaching Pilates for 10 years and is thrilled to be opening her own studio in central Ohio. Sarah was first introduced to Pilates when she attended the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts for ballet. She continued to study the technique through college as a dancer at The University of North Carolina, Greensboro. After graduating she relocated to Florida, where she danced professionally with Voci, central Florida's premier modern dance company. After suffering several injuries, Sarah began to truly realize the amazing value of the Pilates method. With this realization came a strong desire bring the brilliance of Pilates to others; thus she began the certification process, completing her beginner/intermed
