We take a holistic approach in designing a program to meet your specific needs and abilities.
Jennifer B. Hansen, Certified Pilates Instructor and Owner of New Life Pilates received her training and certification in the STOTT PILATES method and has since gone on to teach at Pacific Northwest Ballet, Westlake Dance Center, Reflexion Pilates, Allstar Fitness, Hiawatha Community Center and Conscious Body Pilates. She also has an extensive dance background having performed nationally, and in England, France and Germany.
Our teachers love to come along side their clients and support them reaching their goals whether they are new to fitness or seasoned athletes.
