Christie Clapp is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Focus on Fitness, in Federal Way, Washington. She specializes in consulting, assessing, designing and supervising proper execution of customized programs to help you meet your fitness goals. She develops and instructs semi-private and group exercise programs in resistance training and metabolic circuit workouts. Most recently, she has been seeing fantastic results through the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. To understand how to best incorporate this piece of equipment into her client's programs, she successfully completed both the TRX Group Suspension Training, and the TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training Courses.
