Our 1,500 sq. foot personal training facility contains state of the art Precor and Hoist equipment. Unlike an ordinary run of the mill gym, we only accept personal training clients. Because of this, our facility is very private. We offer a great selection of sport supplements, vitamins and minerals and pride ourselves on product knowledge. Our smoothie bar features Dr. Smoothie Brand all natural fruit smoothies as well as 100% whey isolate protein shakes.
