Wild Alpine is founded on a mission to provide the highest standard of mountain guiding and wilderness education available in Alaska. We maintain a small, elite staff of mountaineers, skiers and climbers. Each of us is trained and/or certified by accredited institutions including the American Mountain Guides Association. We are uniquely positioned with access to some of the largest wilderness areas on Earth. In addition to hosting educational courses in areas close to the frontcountry road system, Wild Alpine partners with Alaska's most talented bush pilots and exclusive backcountry lodges to provide you truly high adventure in the last wild places.

Copper Oar offers wilderness rafting and multi-sport adventures in Alaska’s largest national park, Wrangell-St. Elias, and throughout the state. Their adventures are 1-15 days in length and suitable for everyone from children and novice adventurers to veteran river travelers looking for the next great journey.
