Find Your Zen is Christina’s vision for helping people find healthy lifestyles through a balance of body, mind, and soul. After 7 years in the corporate world, Christina has chosen to pursue her passion of working in the fitness and nutrition industry to help individuals improve their lives by living healthy lifestyles and finding fun & results through working out and eating healthy. She has been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age — she grew up playing soccer, basketball, volleyball and running track. In college she began running distance and since has completed 6 marathons, including the Boston Marathon on two occasions with a PR of 3:27. Christina started getting involved in yoga and strength training to complement her running and improve her race performance. She realized the benefits of a well-rounded fitness plan including cardio, strength, and flexibility and now regularly practices all three.

Located in Corona del Mar, California, MANTRA HOT YOGA offers various yoga styles complemented with infrared heat and LED red light therapy. we provide personalized one-on-one yoga sessions, small group classes, and private group sessions for special events, all led by experienced and dedicated teachers.

It is our passion in bringing Black Belt Life Style to our student, where you obtain optimal physical, mental and emotional training. We work with "YOU" as an individual. Total confidence is what we thrive for.
