Pure Barre is a barre fitness studio with a focus on empowering women through group classes. They practice a total body workout that uses ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements with the goal of burning fat and sculpting muscles.

Our training facility is designed to use technology and individualized instruction to teach swimmers of all ages – beginners to competitive athletes – the absolute best mechanics for water safety and swimming success. Our innovative small-pool experience is comforting for first time young swimmers and allows for the utmost attention from our instructors. For our competitive swimmers, we use the same video feedback technology today’s Olympic swimmers use to instantly view their own strokes, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique, master their skills and shave time off of their performances.

Steve Wallen Swim School offers swim lessons and water safety to babies, kids, and adults of all skill levels from El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Granite Bay, Rancho Cordova, Rancho Murieta, Elk Grove, and the greater Sacramento and El Dorado County areas. From first-time students to competitive swimmers, our experience allows us to tailor our programs to meet the specific need of each student. Private or small group swim lessons provide the opportunity for one-on-one attention with highly trained, adult swim instructors so each student receives personal attention and maximum benefit. We offer advanced swim programs for competitive swimmers in El Dorado Hills and Folsom including competitive video analysis using underwater filming and swim mirrors to improve stroke technique and efficiency. We also specialize in teaching “special needs” students and have achieved remarkable success helping them learn to swim and enjoy the water. We have a staff of highly trained and skilled swimming lesson instructors that are personally trained and supervised by Steve Wallen and his son Kaleb to meet their demanding standards while employing one of the most successful swim instruction models in the country. Our school is fully licensed and insured and maintains membership in the United States Swim School Association. Our indoor state-of-the-art facility offers a large, heated pool in order to provide year-round swimming lessons and offer an ideal atmosphere to help foster the greatest potential of any swimmer. SWSS swim programs include private swim lessons, semi-private swim lessons, group swim lessons, parent-tot swim lessons, swim clinics, and underwater video analysis classes in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Granite Bay, Rancho Cordova, Rancho Murieta, Elk Grove, and the greater Sacramento and El Dorado County areas. We also offer indoor, year-round swim parties for birthday parties, banquets, or any other party need. For more than 40 years, Steve Wallen Swim School has been providing swimming lessons to swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our family owned and operated swim school started modestly in Steve Wallen’s backyard pool and has grown into one of the most popular and respected swim schools in the area. In 2008, we opened our facility in the El Dorado Hills at 1230 Glenhaven Court and in 2018 we opened our facility in Roseville at 10608 Industrial Ave to meet demands and offer year-round swim instruction.
