Tim and Ginger Brenner have had a small weekend place on Lake Lanier for 18 years called Festive Water. They hosted private parties, Student groups, Leadership meetings, Retreats for missionaries, Marriage counselling and just plain old fun at the Home for many years. During the pandemic they Quarantined at the house and realized how much they loved living on the Lake full time. They spent months looking to buy a bigger house on the Lake and make it their primary residence. In December of 2020 they found the perfect place. After 4 months of renovating, they moved in and have not looked back. When you meet Tim, you can tell right away he is just a big kid in an adult’s body. He is a Water sports enthusiast and is an Expert White-Water Kayaker. He also loves his Stand-up Paddle board, Surf Board and Wake Board. He loves anything to do with Water. Ginger and Tim have always owned businesses together during their 28 year marriage. They work really well together and can’t imagine it any other way…and it shows. Always putting customer service first, they never want to be just ordinary, but extraordinary! They deeply care about the experience all of the people they come into contact have. Tim and Ginger’s goal when meeting anyone is for everyone to leave better than when they first met. We all need some FUN in our lives, and Festive Water can help bring FUN right to you! With that, This year they have decided to Start “Festive Water on Lanier”, a Watersports company offering rentals of Kayaks and Stand-up Paddleboards as well as Float Pads to people who are on Lake Lanier. They live 2 miles from Long Hollow Park near Browns Bridge and will be adding different services as the company grows. They had made some excellent relationships with Vibe Kayaks and SUPATX Paddleboards for their Fleet of rentals. All equipment is brand new and ready for lots of fun and enjoyment. RIDE Education Center has developed a unique approach to help students with a diagnosis of high functioning autism to increase their awareness of the cognitive and sensory disconnection that prevents them from functioning to the best of their academic and social abilities. Our academic curriculum is designed to compliment the student's current school academic program. In our tutoring program, we combine academics with horsemanship to create an experience of responsibility, cooperation, and social awareness. We at RIDE would like to welcome you to our program and are eager to answer any and all questions regarding the structure and promise of what we offer our bright and talented students.

Here at Tiger and Dragon Kung Fu School we put emphasis on martial arts tradition, respect and discipline. We train to develop strong and healthy bodies and to gain self-defense skills. Our school teaches Chan family Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu System. We offer a family and friendly atmosphere. No previous training required. There are separate classes for adults and children. We have a class for everyone so come and visit our location and have a free lesson. Choy Lee Fut is a complete Kung Fu system that offers many different fighting techniques. CLF style has long fist and short fist techniques. It is a northern and southern style combined into one system and its roots can be traced back to the shaolin temple.
