North Shore Yoga has been offering traditional Yoga classes and workshops to the North Shore for over 17 years. It is a certified Yoga school through the Yoga Alliance and offers annual teacher training courses for aspiring Yoga Teachers. It offers a home of spiritual gathering with vigorous Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga classes. It also provides Ayurvedic therapies, massage and acupuncture as a complement to the other practices of Yoga.
