Our facility offers a wall to wall safety training floor, climate controlled environment for year round comfort and lots of parking which makes for easy and safe access for our students and families. Our seating area overlooks the training floor where you will always have a view. We at the Martial Arts and Fitness Institute are members of the Pyong Hwa Kunin Tang Soo Do Association which specializes in the instruction of Traditional Tang Soo Do Karate and Self Defense. ​ ​Our studio provides a friendly family environment with a focus on increasing mental, physical and spiritual health. We strive to make quality martial artists who will excel in the challenges of everyday life. We stress the importance of making positive life decisions and keeping a strong and healthy body.
