Element 22® is a unique fitness studio offering a variety of group fitness classes, including our signature Barre22® method, Pilates mat and yoga classes along with cardio classes such as WERQ and Step aerobics. Recently added are the first 2 Peloton bikes in the area allowing riders private or duo rides.  The challenging Barre22® method developed in house and is a full body, 60 minute class incorporating the toned and lengthened muscles of ballet, the precision and core strengthening of Pilates and the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga. It's designed to sculpt and lengthen all the major muscles groups of the body. Our Pilates mat and yoga classes are taught by talented and certified instructors who strive to provide a combination of challenge and fun into each class. Element 22® is also proud to carry the cardio dance class WERQ®. This class gets you sweating while dancing and singing along to your favorite radio songs. Element is proud to offer the only WERQ classes in the Saginaw Bay Midland area. Recently added is Step 22 better known as step aerobics. Have no fear, our instructors have updated their moves and songs to match today's fun music scene. Peloton bikes are designed for those that want to find that great ride but on "their time."
