Years ago I was asked if I could make a Biodegradable Urn for a friend, at that time we were just making finished Ceramic Urns as a hobby back in 1992 and didn't have a name or even a business at all. It took a while to figure out how to make a Bio Urn so it would degrade in a certain time, the finish was the most important, back then we were close, as time went on the Bio Urns were perfected to what you see today on the web site. These Bio Urns are all painstakenly hand made one at a time, no too are alike. How we got our name was from all the comments given to us from people who have seen our Bio Urns and though they were some of the most Beautiful Bio Urns they've seen. All the Bio Clay Urns today are 100 % ( Zero VOC ) meaning they are completely safe for the Land and water ways. The finish we use are derived from Pigments that come from the Earth, ( which we mix to make up the colors on our Bio Urns ), since each color is mix by us, we can offer just about any custom color the families who come to us might have in mind.
