It’s important for people purchasing funeral goods and services to remember that as the consumer they have rights.
I’m open seven days a week 8am-10pm by appointment 413-386-4946. It's the law Funeral providers may not refuse, or charge a fee, to handle a Casket or Urn you buy from me, and they cannot require you to be on site when the Casket or Urn is delivered.
