In 1908 Sidney Hutcheson opned the Hutcheson Funeral Home, and his grandson Sidney and his wife Erlene Pitts took over in 1954. Jake Diemer bought the funeral home from Erlene in 1997. Four generations of Polk and Greene county families have joined together to carry on their tradition of compassionate service, quality products and reasonable prices. We have been serving six generations of Polk county families. We offer what no other funeral home in southwest Missouri can, selections from the largest monument shop, on-site manufacturing of monuments and funeral vaults and one of the most successful crematories in the Ozarks.
