Based in Bailey, Colorado, Ponderosa doesn’t add distance charges to provide services to Conifer, Evergreen, or Morrison addresses. Todd strives to provide expert furnace repair and gas fireplace repair with integrity, at an affordable price. It’s a philosophy which has earned Ponderosa an excellent reputation in the mountains and West Denver Metro area. Ponderosa’s goal is to provide each customer with an accurate assessment of his current Heating or Air-Conditioning system. When a problem is found, Ponderosa will offer different potential solutions. We never attempt to pressure our customers into making expensive repairs. From a new high-efficiency furnace or air-conditioning installation to gas fireplace service and repair, at Ponderosa, we’ll get your home feeling cozy and comfortable. Ponderosa is ICC Certified (Mechanical – Class C), licensed and insured. Insurance coverage includes liability and vehicle liability policy. We stand behind our work with a 5 yr labor/10 yr parts warranty on new equipment. All equipment warranties are registered upon job completion. In most cases, replacement parts carry a one year part/labor warranty.
