The Climate Adjustor is a plumbing, electrical, and HVAC contractor based in Olive Hill, Kentucky. Owner-operator Lloyd Martin began working in the industry in the '70s, but quickly became frustrated with the compartmentalization of services. Clients would often have to call two or three different contractors to complete a job. He founded The Climate Adjustor to provide an all-in-one solution at a lower price. We never start a job unless we know we can deliver the results our clients want. The team at The Climate Adjustor includes licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC contractors. We are truly a one-stop shop that handles each job from start to finish. No job is too big or too small, and all our work is guaranteed. Our contractors are friendly, honest, and drug-free. Lloyd taught at Russell Area Technical College (RATC) for three years, and many of his employees are graduates of that school.
