There are two types of service businesses: capital driven and consumer driven. Both are striving to be profitable. However, a capital driven business focuses on the sale of the service while a consumer driven business focuses on repetitive customers. One of the reasons I started OMNI Plumbing was to have control over customer satisfaction. I believe in costumer relations and run my business as a consumer driven business.
