The building was previously a movie theater, The Crescent Theater, and was converted into a baton studio, apartment, and retail store iin 1996. There's a large mirrored teaching studio, with both a front and back teaching room. There is a large lobby, with a restroom, and a plexiglass window looking into the studio space.
