We are best known for our Black Currant Cordial called Kiss of Cassis™ which was featured in USA Magazine! Black Currants are higher in antioxidants than pomegranates or blueberries, and we use our own or local honey to sweeten all of our berry products - drink mixers, dessert toppings, spreads and sauces, crafted from organic raspberries, currants, gooseberries, blueberries, elderberries, strawberries and rhubarb. We manage our farm, honeybees and almost fifty acres of mostly wild woodlands for wildlife and pollinator habitat as well as organically grown products for people.
