We raise our poultry and pork through the summer months only as they are rotationally graised on grass and supplimented with non GMO grains with their minerals and vitamins. We have 2-3 processing dates through the summer for poultry and one the week of Thanksgiving for turkeys. One date for pork, usually late summer. Beef is processed either in the spring or fall, usually. We have an open farm policy and must call ahead to schedule tours.
