Holy Cow is a Breeder, Grower and Certified Organic Producer of natural grass fed beef in the Lower Yakima Valley in Central Washington. We raise Angus / Limousin free range grass finished premium beef in a closed herd. We grow our own organic grass for winter feed, creating a 100% sustainable organic farm. The farm is certified and inspected yearly and adheres to standards and procedures for USDA organic, Animal Welfare Approved, and American Grassfed Association. Organic beef is sold in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and whole sides of beef. Orders can be picked up at the farm, or shipped by refrigerated truck to Seattle, WA; Vancouver, WA; Portland, OR; San Francisco and Sacramento, California.
