We are a family dairy farm that produces 100% of the milk used in our authentic cheese. Our family has farmed in Berlin, New York for over 230 years. We believe in sustainable agriculture--our farmland connects us to our heritage, and serves as our livelihood for the future. When you receive a legacy from previous generations, you want to care for that legacy to be able to pass it on to future generations. Our herd of black and white Holsteins produce milk especially for a variety of Mapledale Farm cheeses.
