EGE work is based on the concept of awareness. Awareness of what's going on internally (the relationship between thoughts and feelings) and externally (our interactions and affect on others). Through guided equine activities participants learn to recognize patterns of behavior that they use to navigate through life. This awareness creates the opportunity for strengthened business relations, personal relationships, personal development and positive change in life and business.
