Foley's Russian Bees breeding yard is located inside the city of Des Moines near Easter Lake. All of our beeyards (including the breeding yard) are chemical and antibiotic FREE! Not a single hive has ever been chemically treated for Mites, Nosema, Foulbrood, or any other bee issue. We produce our own mated russian queens and nucleus hives, and ship in package bees once a year. While we are not a registered member of the RBBA, we hope to someday increase our operation size to be accepted into it. Our lines are all derived from the RBBA members, and our breeding stock is cycled yearly to keep the lines up to the finest quality. Each of our drone colonies are stocked with queens from RBBA members and have multiple frames of drone cell to saturate our bee yard with quality mating stock.
