Ronda has a back ground in Healthcare IT and Radio Broadcasting. Geoff has a background in Security and Corrections. What this "odd couple" both have in common - their love for animals. Not only do they care for and love their own pets, but they advocate for animal rights, are against using animals in lab testing, don't buy products that are tested on animals and are vegetarians. In their spare time they volunteer for animal transports which assist cats and dogs coming out of high kill shelters get to rescue, foster or new adoptive homes. They both lend their spare time to local shelters and rescues as well as volunteer at the largest no kill animal sanctuary in the US, Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, UT.

Equine and Company is located at 124 Aston Lane, Middletown, Connecticut. Located within walking distance of Wadsworth State park, the facility is compromised of a 13 stall barn, an indoor arena recently dressed with new footing, two outdoor riding areas, and 14 acres of flat land with plenty of turnout. At Equine and Company, we offer boarding, lessons, leasing, and sales. We also offer a summer horseback riding camp for anyone over the age of 6.
