Our mission is to provide your pet with a relaxed, stress-free environment. We only groom a certain number of dogs a day, preferring quality over quantity. We will not rush a groom and will move along at the dogs pace. This is why we will not promise a certain time for pick up. We also guarantee our grooms. If you are unsatisfied, let us know within 48 hours and we will do what we can to make it right. (short of putting hair back on the dog!) Our groomers graduated from the Florida Institute of Animal Arts. We are all Certified with the Red Cross in CPR and Rescue for dogs & cats. Cats are groomed on a Cat Only Day to reduce their stress. No dogs allowed!
