Easily considered the best Vintage made. I swirled; I sniffed; I sipped. My eyes lit up as I took in the miracle of a living, breathing entity. Wine...a living creature? Yes. Not just living, but constantly changing and evolving. Just as we humans grow, change, adapt, and evolve; so does wine. It is to be treasured and respected. It is a passion and an obsession. I have danced with wine in many ways: as a Wine Director at fine dining restaurants, as a Buyer, as a Distributor, as a Wholesaler, and as an Importer.
