We use the best possible ingredients such as: fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries and all other types of fruit. We use gourmet candies in the batter and the best nuts and spices. We only use gourmet oils and fresh butter. No shortening or powdered suggest in our icings. Our buttercream is European style Italian buttercream made from egg whites, hot syrup, butter and madagascar vanilla. Also, each of our cakes is a one of a kind original. When the bride comes in with her ideas and pictures, I take all of her information a draw a full scale sketch on an easel to show her what her cake will look like. Lastly, customer service is critical to me. I am the only one to work with my clients, answer the phone and take the calls. Each bride meets with me personally!
