Our artisan products are for private label and food service customers and we have further created a distinctive line of packaged retail bakery products for all to enjoy! Hot Cakes Bakery specialty goods are produced fresh daily in our bakehouse, using a "clean" all-natural ingredient deck. We source our quality ingredients to make our products locally, close to our Midwest roots. Small batch production ensures product quality standards and the freshness of our delicious bakery products. We sell muffins, cookies, tarts, small cakes and scones all with the same attention to eye appeal and taste appeal.
