The smell of freshly baked cookies automatically takes me back to my childhood days, which were mostly spent in the kitchen baking with my mother. One of the smartest things she taught me was how to bake. Every year around Christmas, my parents would make close to 30 different types of cookies, which would add up to a whopping 5000 total cookies. My parents decided to take a more personal route when it came to giving gifts for the holidays, so they made up cookie trays of all sizes.
