Our family has been in farming for 4 generations raising grapes for most of those years. Rosenthal Olive Ranch is in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley where the climate along with the rich soil creates an ideal growing season for the Arbosana and Koroneiki olives. Our family farm takes pride in delivering the finest quality olives that are milled within 24 hours of harvesting, which captures the intense fresh flavor of the full-bodied oil. This cold pressed olive oil is very versatile and pairs well with a variety of dishes.
