I prepare food for special occasions, celebrations, and personal orders. The menu items I make are chosen in advance by the client. I direct a staff of wait personnel in serving the food, attending food stations or setting up buffet tables. I prepare quality food and present it in an attractive manner. I have had no formal education or training. I have cooked for 35 years for family and friends. The major part of my knowledge has been self-taught through cookbooks and online resources.
