I started baking because my daughter has gluten sensitivities. As I was searching for recipes for her, I found how much I love baking. I decided to give a home based business a try. Currently I make several different cupcake flavors. I also have some gluten free varieties that I have perfected. I am currently working on increasing my line of gluten free flavors. While doing research on gluten free baked goods I have discovered that there aren't many options for people with dietary needs that actually taste good. I am currently working on increasing my product line to include baked goods that are safe for people with diabetes. I am also interested in producing a weight watchers line.
