Bistro at the Mill is a casual quick serve family friendly restaurant located in the Historic Gerald Roller Mill. The Bistro's menu features traditional as well as speciality sandwiches, soups and salads. The Bistro is also proud to serve Missouri Made Products from Copper Run Distillery, White Mule Winery, Breve Coffee, Hummingbird Kitchen and the Swiss Meat and Sausage Company. In addition to the Bistro, a second level special event/reception hall is also available for private parties and special occasions.
