He has enjoyed cooking since he was a kid and has more than 10 years of experience in the restaurant business. Since cooking is one of his passions and he has experience managing restaurants, Kenneth decided to convert an old movie theater into a restaurant. The location has two floors, including an outdoor area, and can easily accommodate 800 people, so he knew it was the perfect place to open KWS Family Restaurant & Catering.
