The River Mill Food & Spirits was founded in June of 1996 by Michael and Roxanne Margosian. The River Mill has experienced fire and flood during these past 19 years. We recently lost one of our founders, Michael Margosian. We shall forever remember “Big Mike”! Roxanne and their son Joshua look forward to serving you now and in the coming years! Just look for the big log building with the green roof. Description The River Mill Food & Spirits is known for its excellent food and being a local gathering spot. After the fire destroyed the building in January 2001, we have rebuilt using 12" logs and we are now the most unique log building in town. The River Mill Food & Spirits is located in downtown LaValle and just one block from the "400 Trail." The River Mill is open for lunch and dinner and we offer: * Great Burgers (Try our Signature River Mill Burger!) • Appetizers • Sandwiches • Entrees every night starting at 5pm Steaks Chicken Shrimp Fish Salad Bar and much more! Thursday is Steak Night: Steak Night Features our 10oz steak and tater! Choose from our homemade hash brown casserole or our seasoned diced potatoes deep fried to perfection! This dish also includes garlic bread and our homemade coleslaw. Friday Night is our Traditional Fish Fry: Our fish fry features Icelandic Cod – deep fried or broiled. This fabulous meal includes choice of potato and a trip to the salad bar! Make it a combo and enjoy our hand battered deep fried shrimp and scallops! Saturday Night is Prime Rib Night! Our Prime Rib is slow roasted to perfection for 22 hours. This amazing meal comes with choice of potato, a trip to the salad bar, and soup of the day. Sunday is Sunday Funday during the Packers games: On this day we are “Bringing the Tailgating Inside”! Raffles, food, spirits and fun!
