He received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1987 he received his D.D.S. degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He is married to Eileen, who has a degree in nursing from Baylor University, and assists him in running the practice. They have 3 children, two whom attend Texas Universities and one just starting high school. Dr. Haley has undergone extensive post graduate training and has completed studies at the Pankey Institute for advanced dental education.
