With a fraud lawsuit filed against the CEO Bernard Brown and an F rating from the Better Business Bureau caused from the rogue CEO's actions, inventor Chris Geisert restarted his company and called it FHP Products. The Posture Pal cushion has been renamed FHP Cushion and a new version called FHP Cushion Revamp will be launched soon. The Posture Cap, Chris Geisert's second invention is also sold thru FHP Products. Geisert is also launching The Posture Directory and The Da Vinci Stretch as well.
