Quantum Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Care is an outpatient Multi-disciplinary Rehabilitation Facility that caters to patients with Musculoskeletal injuries due to automobile accidents, slip and falls, workers compensation trauma and all other injuries. Both locations offer Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy & Acupuncture as well as services from Orthopedic Surgeons, Interventional Pain Management, Physiatrist (PM&R) and Neurologists. We believe in a hands-on, one-on-one personalized approach to therapy. Our mission is to deliver highly skilled and effective rehabilitative services to all of our patients.
