Dr. David Kahan is California born and raised and is the old guy at Sacramento Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Kahan completed his undergraduate studies in 1984 at the University of California at Davis (UC Davis) and graduated from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (CPMS) in Des Moines, Iowa. He has been practicing in the Sacramento area since 1995, specializing in the conservative care of most foot and ankle conditions, leaving surgery as a last resort.

Dr. Wilkes is a board-certified podiatrist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle for all ages, infants through adults. Dr. Wilkes attended the University of Washington and California State University, Sacramento to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. He attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine, then went on to attend one of the leading surgical residencies, Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Trauma Center. Dr. Wilkes has practiced medicine at the STARR Clinic (Sports Trauma and Athletic Rehabilitation Clinic in Southern California), where he treated scholarship, college, and professional athletes.

Dr. Gregory A. Tovmassian was born in Russia after his parents moved there from Armenia. His family immigrated to Sacramento in the mid-1990s, where Dr. Tovmassian graduated from Mira Loma High School. He received a degree in science prior to being accepted to the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland. After completing the four-year program, he graduated and was accepted to his top choice residency program at Kaiser Santa Clara in California. There he received training in foot and ankle surgery, especially reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.

Eric Koga, DPM, is a Sacramento native, having grown up in Elk Grove. He is a caring podiatrist who is committed to improving his patients' quality of life and delivering treatment outcomes that bring them lasting relief. Dr. Koga attended the University of California, Davis for his bachelor's degree in biological sciences (with an emphasis in physiology, neurobiology, and behavior). Following his graduation, he decided to pursue a career in podiatry and went on to complete his doctorate in podiatric medicine at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland.

Byunghee Kevin Kim, DPM, is from Busan, Korea, and moved to California seeking higher education. In San Francisco, he began his path to becoming a board-certified podiatrist at Sacramento Foot and Ankle Center. Dr. Kim graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, as a biology major, minoring in applied mathematics. He then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with honors from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland before finishing his surgical residency at Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto, California.

Stephen Haynam, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist with Sacramento Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Haynam earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Biology with honors from the University of California, Davis. He then continued his advanced education and earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with honors from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland. He went on to complete a three-year residency with Kaiser Permanente North Bay Consortium. He received additional training in foot and ankle surgery with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle privileges. Dr. Haynam is board-certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Adam Bills, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Sacramento Foot and Ankle Center. He diagnoses and treats pediatric and adult patients for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Bills completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science. He then earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa.

Dr. George Silverio is a podiatrist with Sacramento Foot & Ankle Center. Dr. Silverio provides comprehensive care for foot and ankle conditions with a focus on bunion surgery, podiatric surgery, trauma and injuries, and sports medicine. He is also experienced in minimally invasive surgery, plantar plate repair, regenerative treatments, rearfoot reconstruction, and wound management. Dr. Silverio treats all conditions of the foot and ankle, with both conservative and surgical options as indicated by your unique condition and lifestyle.
