He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Tech University, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class. Dr. Kashani completed an elite foot and ankle surgery residency at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, where he served as chief resident and trained alongside top podiatric and orthopedic surgeons in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Nathan Tirabassi is a podiatrist with Integrative Foot & Ankle Centers of Washington. He earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the University of Mount Union in 2017. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2021. Dr. Tirabassi completed his residency at Rochester General Hospital in New York in 2024, followed by a fellowship in Foot & Ankle Salvage Trauma and Reconstruction (FASTR) in Atlanta, Georgia in 2025.
