Our Skilled Nursing Facility provides medically necessary professional services from the on site physician, nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our physician is hands-on in the facility five days a week. Our treatment nurses are wound certified. The therapy team also specializes and assists nursing with wound care with diathermy, pain management, ultra-sound, and e-stim, as well as, work with patients on bio-feedback to help upgrade patients with dysphagia for food and liquid upgrades. The therapy team also completes home evaluations on the majority of our patients to help ease transition from facility back to home with success.
