Perry Lutheran Home, founded in 1956, is a 70 bed, 9 apartment (Main Campus), and 39 apartment (Spring Valley Campus) Christian Caring Community in Perry, Iowa specializing in early, mid, and advanced stages of memory care. Perry Lutheran Home is the recipient of several highly regarded LeadingAge Iowa awards for their innovative housing, care, and services. PLH offers a wide array of services to meet changing needs from home care to assisted living to long-term care to all stages of memory care. Innovation is at the core of Perry Lutheran Home which boasts three levels of progressive care to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer's or dementia related disease. Recently, Perry Lutheran Home became Music & Memory certified which offers a science-based therapeutic program to help residents make memory connections through specialized and personalized music.
