River's Bend Health Care is a locally-owned 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility established in 2003. We have a person-centered care philosophy, honoring the unique wants and needs of each resident. We empower residents to have as much choice as possible, from involving them in care plans, to accommodating their wake up and shower times and allowing residents to choose what they want for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We continually improve our services, facility and ammenities to provide a safe, pleasant, cheerful and clean environment where people can heal, recover, gain independence and return home whenever possible, or to be comfortable in the long term care setting.
