At The Manor we offer something unique, special and different for our residents to create a caring home environment. We treat everyone – residents and their families – like respected customers, providing the hospitality they deserve in a professional health care setting. We practice within a hospitality services model to assure that customer service standards are consistently met. Our staff receives ongoing training that allows us to maintain our service standards goal of hospitality within a medical model. We do more than meet the needs of our residents – we anticipate and exceed them. Our residents are assured an excellent care & service experience at the Manor – serving the greater Lamoille County area including Morrisville, Stowe and surrounding towns. We provide a wide range of services including short-term rehabilitation therapy following hospitalization, long-term stays when living at home is not practical, and residential care for those with higher independence and in need of limited assistance. With local physicians and an acute care hospital located on the same campus, residents and families are assured that immediate care needs will be addressed.
